The W Austin Residences is a $295 million mixed-use development project which will be located at the intersection of 2nd and Guadalupe Avenues, in the progressive 2nd Street District. The W Austin Residences are expected to be completed in 2011 (the hotel is expected to be completed in 2010).
The W Austin Residences, along with hotel rooms, retail space and a 2,200-seat auditorium, will comprise the address’s 36 floors. The hotel will include 250 rooms, and the condominiums will include 196 residences.
